Pack Qty 1/2 tsp. approx. Seeds. A compact dwarf pak choi, producing short, broad, thick pure white stems with dark green leaves. Good tolerance to heat. Grows best in a sunny position in fertile soil. Keep well watered to avoid bolting and blandness. Sow 1cm (½”) deep in rows 30-38cm (12-15″) apart. Thin to 25-30cm (10-12″) for mature plants. Thinnings can be used in salads.
